In this role, you’ll be the face of a well-established organisation operating across Australia, New Zealand and Asia - connecting directly with families, educating them on an essential offering, and guiding them through decisions that truly make a difference to their future. You’ll be out in the community building relationships, visiting local businesses, attending cultural events, and supporting families with empathy and clarity - all while managing your own sales pipeline and enjoying the financial rewards of a high-earning, high-impact role. This is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a service-first approach, and the drive to build trust within the Vietnamese-speaking community. Key Responsibilities Engage your community – visit Vietnamese-speaking households, businesses, community groups and cultural associations to educate, build trust and drive awareness. Customer service with impact – meet with families to understand their needs and guide them through tailored options. Generate new opportunities – proactively network, attend local events, connect with organisations, and build a consistent pipeline of referrals. Represent the brand – act as a trusted advisor within the community, supporting people through important personal decisions. Own your sales process – manage your territory, appointments, follow-ups and contracts from end to end. Achieve commercial outcomes – meet and exceed monthly KPIs through genuine connection and service-led conversations. What’s in it for you?
