The Workforce Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in cultivating and implementing strategies to enhance workforce participation and training targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster collaborative relationships with government departments, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to drive workforce training and participation outcomes.
* Develop targeted initiatives to increase participation and retention rates of women, apprentices, and trainees on site.
* Raise awareness of supporting marginalized groups in the construction sector.
* Present compelling insights, facilitate meetings, and engage with working groups to achieve desired workforce training and participation outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have understanding of NSW Government training policies, training administration experience in a medium to large organization, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
