About the Role
* The Early Childhood Educator provides education leadership to a team of educators and stimulates learning and quality care for children.
* This position has primary responsibility for an educational program that demonstrates practice in accordance with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework based on the Abecedarian Approach Australia (3a) early childhood model and Congress Child Care philosophy, and for continuous improvement of operations.

* Developing and implementing an educational program that aligns with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
* Providing education leadership to a team of educators and supporting their professional development.
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and families.

* A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Experience working with Aboriginal communities and developing culturally sensitive programs.
