We're partnering with a well-established financial services business on Brisbane's southside to find an Operations Support Officer to join their close-knit team.
This is a genuine entry point into a career in financial services with real progression into credit, collections and broader operations as you grow.
The Role
You will be the backbone of the support function, keeping things moving behind the scenes. Day to day this includes responding to broker and customer inquiries, processing quotes and endorsements, creating creditor codes, preparing broker agreements and maintaining accurate records. There is a strong data entry component. Precision and reliability matter here.
About You
No formal experience required but 1-2 years' experience doing a similar role beneficial. What the team is looking for is someone switched on, determined and willing to learn. A year or two in a similar role is a bonus but absolutely not essential. Attitude is everything here.
