Property Lending Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Property Lending Specialist to join our team in Adelaide.
This role involves supporting clients through the home loan process, building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
* Guiding customers through the mortgage application journey
* BUILDING TRUST WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
* DIVING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND BUILDING A PORTFOLIO OF SATISFIED CLIENTS
* DEVELOPING YOUR SKILLS IN PROPERTY LOANS AND RETAIL BANKING
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* RESIDENTIAL LOAN AND RETAIL BANKING EXPERIENCE
* EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
* GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCE AND ABILITY TO ANALYSE DATA
* ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND ADAPT TO CHANGE
