Full-time Customer Service / Sales Officer role in Central North Brisbane

Their team play a central role in providing a great experience, with knowledgeable, hands-on staff who understand the needs of tradespeople and can guide them towards the right materials or solutions.
Your new role
You will be providing high-quality customer service face-to-face, as well as via phone and email. Your day-to-day will include:
* Answering inbound calls to assist with queries and process orders
* Providing excellent customer service over the counter with walk-in customers, understanding their needs and making recommendations
* Conducting outbound calls to warm leads and lapsed businesses
* Accurate data entry and order processing
* Following up on shipment delays on outbound consignments
* Assisting with packing small orders and refilling the showroom shelves when needed
* Processing Eftpos payments
* Adhoc customer service and administration needs as required.
