Job Description We are seeking a flexible and reliable Casual Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests efficiently Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures Support night audit processes when required Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role (hotel experience preferred) Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independently High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including: Morning shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) Afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) Night shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) Valid working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Work for Accor?
