One of Coronis' highest-performing offices is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to work closely with and support a high-performing Director.
This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced real estate environment where strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail are essential. You will work directly alongside the Director, ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results for clients.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Director, helping manage priorities and keep the business running smoothly.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring systems, processes and administration are efficient and well organised.
Coordinate sales administration and contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors and internal teams to support smooth transactions and communication.
Prepare sales performance and operational reports to assist the Director with business planning and decision-making.
Maintain and manage CRM systems, databases and internal platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate office systems, procedures and workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
Assist in supporting the wider team and ensuring the office maintains a professional, high-performing culture.
Organise meetings, schedules, and key documentation to help the Director operate efficiently.
We'd Love to Hear from You If You
Have experience as an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or Contracts Administrator, ideally within real estate.
Are highly organised and comfortable supporting a busy, high-performing leader.
Have strong attention to detail, particularly when managing contracts and documentation.
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, solicitors and team members.
Are tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office and CRM system experience.
Enjoy improving systems, maintaining structure and helping a team operate at a high level.
