The Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst role will ensure the cybersecurity GRC processes at Gippsland Water are robust and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This involves developing and enforcing policies, conducting risk assessments, managing third-party security risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This role includes incident response, vulnerability management, and coordination of corrective actions registers related to internal and external audits. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights to leadership and driving continuous improvement of GRC processes to mitigate cybersecurity risks and enhance organisational resilience.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance
* Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, policy development, and vendor risk management
* Proven experience in vulnerability management
* Ability to conduct internal and external audits
* Strong analytical skills to solve complex technical problems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
