About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing expert support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Provide fixes and workarounds to ensure continued operability of our software solution.
* Support customers through multiple channels, including phone and email.
* Collaborate with internal teams to expedite resolution and provide timely updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good knowledge and hands-on skills with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.
* Strong problem-solving and incident management skills, including ITIL knowledge.
* Intermediate knowledge of databases, including Oracle or SQL Server.
* Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills on code-based applications, preferably C#.
* Basic understanding of electrical concepts.
* Understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools, including experience with network protocols.
* Ability to replicate customer environments and identify root causes or provide interim workarounds.
