**Your Current Role**
We're seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our office in North West Sydney. Working within the Home Building and Residential Communities unit, you will manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to final inspection. Reporting into the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure homes are built within the agreed timeframes, budgets and standards
- Provide weekly program, files to site, site starts, handovers and ETS's for review with the Manager
- Ensure all site personnel use uniform construction methods and procedures in accordance with Company procedures
- Ensure adequate security measures are in place for each home under construction
- Ensure company and legislative Occupational Health & Safety polices are adhered to by all personnel
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in building and construction
- Experience supervising residential home builds and experience in residential construction
- Hold a current NSW Supervisor Licence
- Hold a valid drivers licence (essential)
- A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance systems
- Solid communication, resolution, and project management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
