About the role
Yarrow Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and functioning effectively.
What you'll be doing
1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
2. Responding to emergency callouts and resolving plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns
4. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
5. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of the business
What we're looking for
1. A valid plumbing licence and at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Plumber
2. Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing issues
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
4. Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills
5. A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
6. Flexibility to work overtime and respond to emergency callouts as needed
