Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our Cosmetic Floor team as a Team Leader. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Managers to create exceptional in-store experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the Service and Selling team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Coach and develop team members, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
* Inspire creativity within the team to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
* Lead by example to ensure every customer receives personalized attention.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in people leadership or supervision within a retail, hospitality or aviation environment.
* Skills in retail sales with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and lead the team.
* Organized and efficient with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Motivated and ambitious with a desire for career progression.
* Experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty brands is preferred but not essential.

Key Requirements:
