About the Role
We are seeking a well-organised, proactive individual to provide vital sales and administrative support to our sales team. This challenging and rewarding role offers variety and the prospect to enhance customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Service, Parts, and other Sales Administrators
- Manage and process paperwork related to branch sales and machine invoicing
- Support end-of-month processes for machine deliveries
- Compile and prepare regular reports from various business units
- Assist with debtor recovery alongside Service and Parts teams
- Support Purchasing and Inventory Managers as needed
- Prepare dealer warranty credit notes
- Maintain year-to-date and total machine sales history
Role Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and dealers
- Experience with double-entry accounting processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
