 
        
        Job Summary:
This role involves delivering high-level technical support across diverse platforms, including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in an MSP or IT support role, coupled with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot) and expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation.
The successful candidate will be proactive, team-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Industry certifications are also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Deliver high-level technical support across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
 * Manage and resolve complex client tickets via the Service Desk.
 * Ensure system availability, backups, patching, and DR readiness.
 * Liaise with vendors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Participate in on-call rotations and occasional onsite client work.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in an MSP or IT support role.
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot).
 * Expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation.
 * Familiarity with cybersecurity, firewalls, Linux administration, and backup/DR tools.
 * Exceptional communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
 * Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
