The Role
Full‐time Practice Nurse Manager at our Modbury, SA Practice. Responsible for managing daily treatment room operations and nursing services.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a skilled team of nurses, fostering growth and delivering clinical excellence every day.
* Oversee treatment room operations, ensuring effectiveness, safety and optimal staffing.
* Champion clinical safety and quality standards, maintaining a trusted healthcare hub.
* Collaborate with the Medical Centre Practice Manager to analyse performance metrics and allocate resources strategically.
* Partner with GPs to support comprehensive health assessments, tailored care plans and chronic disease management.
* Build and maintain positive professional relationships with patients, medical staff and team members, contributing to a respectful workplace culture.
* Actively participate in safety initiatives, promptly reporting incidents or hazards to foster a secure work environment.
About You
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience in a General Practice or primary health care setting preferred but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work autonomously and delegate when appropriate.
* Passion for patient‐centred care and a personable approach.
