The Opportunity:
Member Support Consultants (MSCs) at our Innaloo club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. MSCs are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey. They are responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.
The role of an MSC is highly varied with two main goals: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through excellent customer service. MSCs are experts in all things Goodlife: They switch seamlessly between sales and lead generation, providing exceptional service, and achieving positive customer outcomes at the reception desk. They also proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and promote member retention.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively contribute to the club's sales targets through promotions and referral campaigns
* Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts by telephone to maximize sales opportunities
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Create positive, personalized member experiences
* Address member enquiries successfully
* Open and close the club as per the roster
* Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Regularly contact new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club-based products to enhance their results
About You:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and a desire to help them succeed
* Problem-solving skills and resilience
* Excellent communication skills—listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing
* Tenacity and drive to meet targets and team goals
* Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent service

* An hourly rate of $30.13 (including casual loading)
