Offer description

An opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team based in Prestons, NSW. This 12-month fixed term role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality customer solutions and supporting sales operations across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers and internal teams, helping to manage enquiries, process orders and ensure customers receive timely, accurate information. Using SAP and C4C, you'll support the full order journey while working closely with Sales, Operations, Credit and Supply Chain teams to keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing and managing customer orders in SAP and C4C
* Providing pricing, availability, dispatch and ETA information
* Supporting the Sales Team with new customer induction and eCommerce training
* Managing freight, transport providers, missing or damaged goods and claims
* Tracking and tracing shipments and resolving delivery issues
* Maintaining customer records, Ship-to data, invoices and proof of delivery
* Monitoring backorders, lifecycle reports and customer data updates
* Investigating order errors and logging improvements
* Supporting ANZ-specific administrative and compliance requirements
* Documenting procedures and supporting workflow and quality standards

* Experience in a customer service or sales support role
* Confidence using SAP (essential) and ideally C4C
* A positive, customer-focused attitude
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
