About the role
* Act for key government clients on complex public law disputes including merits and judicial review proceedings in the AAT and Federal Courts
* Deliver strategic advice on administrative decision making FOI privacy and broader public law issues
* Take early ownership of files with close support from senior public law specialists in a genuinely collaborative team
The ideal candidate
* 1 to 8 years PAE in government litigation or public law from a reputable firm or in‑house team
* Solid experience running matters and drafting persuasive advice and court documents
* Confident working with large briefs and modern document management / e‑discovery platforms
* Academically strong proactive and genuinely committed to building deep public law expertise
* Clear confident communicator who enjoys collaborating supporting juniors and bringing a positive energy to the team
