We are a family owned and operated Toyota Dealership located in the Central West of NSW with over 30 years' experience in the automotive industry.
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Junior Administrator to join our professional and customer-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a dynamic dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily administrative tasks across the dealership
* Support basic accounts payable and receivable processing
* Assist with processing Green Slips and Vehicle Registrations
* Help with bank reconciliation tasks and maintaining financial records
* Prepare and update documents, reports, and internal correspondence
* Provide friendly and helpful customer service to clients and suppliers
* Assist management with administrative duties as required
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and with attention to detail
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential - training is provided
* A basic understanding of accounts or strong willingness to learn
* Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy and supportive environment
