Head of IT — Employment Type: Permanent

You will lead the organisation's technology strategy while remaining close to delivery, overseeing core systems, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring technology effectively supports the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the organisation's IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business growth objectives.
* Provide technology leadership while remaining hands-on, overseeing day-to-day IT operations and supporting a small team where required.
* Partner with C-level leadership to translate business priorities into technology initiatives.
* Oversee and optimise integrations, and lead ERP initiatives
* Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across ecommerce platforms, websites, and internal systems.
* Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system usage and leverage AI and automation were appropriate.
Experience required
* Experience leading business systems and enterprise applications
* Proven ability to define and execute technology strategy within a growing organisation
* Strong understanding of ERP, integrations, and ecommerce platforms.
* Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and operational best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
* Ability to translate commercial and operational needs into technology solutions.
