Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administration Clerk to join our team in Lismore NSW. This role involves coordinating new vehicle stock swaps, maintaining accurate floorplans, and providing administrative support to our Sales department.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with other dealerships via email or phone
* Maintain accurate floorplans using various databases
* Raise repair orders using internal programs
* Attend the NSW Transport Department as required
* Support the Sales department with paperwork compliance
* Reconcile tasks such as vehicle registration
Key Skills And Qualifications
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
* ERA experience preferred but not essential
* Broad knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of the automotive industry an advantage
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
