Business Support Officer Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with projects to improve systems, standards of practice, and service delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support to the Business Manager and other team members.
o Assist with projects to improve business systems and processes.
o Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
o Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Educational Requirements:
o Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business administration or management.
* Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of experience in a business support role.
* Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
