ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We are on a mission to find an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Reebok Canberra store!
You’ll work a Tuesday-Saturday roster in a brand committed to helping you get the most out of life - both in and out of the workplace. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, building a high-performing team of fitness enthusiasts who thrive on delivering great service, achieving KPIs, and supporting each other.
As a leader in-store, you’ll set the tone, model the culture, and help shape the future of Reebok in your community.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Lead, inspire and mentor a high-functioning retail team in a vibrant, fitness-focused environment
Set and drive performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs
Celebrate wins and encourage your team to take pride in their contributions to the wider business
Maintain excellent store presentation through visual merchandising
Monitor sales performance, acknowledge top results, and address areas of improvement
Proactively manage stock loss and shrinkage
Roster your team for success and manage wage costs effectively
Recruit, train and develop like-minded individuals
Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace aligned with OH&S legislation
ABOUT YOU
You’re passionate about retail, fitness, and leading people to succeed. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and bring your energy to a brand that lives and breathes movement and community.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous store leadership experience
A strong track record of driving and exceeding KPIs
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training a team
Familiarity with high-volume stock management and visual merchandising
Confidence in managing rosters and wage control
Strong time management and communication skills
A mindset of continuous improvement and personal growth
