About the role:
Operating within the School of Allied Health, the National Administrative and Participant Experience Officer provides varied administrative and project support to the National Project Manager and National Project Officer and is an active member of the ENVISAGE Research Team. The incumbent will support administrative functions and work with other staff within the project as well as external stakeholders, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of the ENVISAGE projects and support the ongoing success of the national implementation of ENVISAGE across all states and territories in Australia. This will entail supporting the ENVISAGE Chief Investigators, coordination of ENVISAGE activities with the National Project Manager, scheduling meetings, correspondence, project implementation support, including supporting participants and facilitators in end-to-end participation of ENVISAGE programs; upkeep of ENVISAGE Systems including ENVISAGE Management System, Learning Management System, the ENVISAGE website, TEAMS, OneDrive/SharePoint administration support, data collection via RedCap or similar.

Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
