You will work closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical expertise to projects and business areas
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and sound judgment in decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven ability to work within a structured IT governance framework and deliver results that adhere to relevant Commonwealth standards and policies
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate outcomes as required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Australian citizenship with existing security clearance (preferably NV-1)
