As the Head of Business Development and Sales for the ANZ Region, this position will be responsible for driving the strategic growth agenda in collaboration with functional leadership. The primary focus will be on analysing growth opportunities and challenges, developing solutions, and working with the region to measure progress and achieve results. In addition, this position will also oversee Aftermarket Sales for the ANZ Region. This will involve developing effective sales strategies, meeting top-line and margin growth targets, and building a strong sales pipeline and marketing strategies to strengthen our endorsed brands' position in each market.
**Primary Duties**:
Aftermarket Sales:
- Managing the sales performance results.
- Developing sales strategies and tactics for execution in the various markets to ensure success.
- Managing customer expectations and outcomes, along with holding key relationships with major accounts
Business Development:
- Assessing and prioritizing key market, customer, competitive and technology dynamics impacting over mid to long term
- Determining positioning, gaps, and requirements against these factors
- Developing actionable strategies and tactics to drive growth.
- Framing the issues, framework and strategic response for leaders, parent-company representatives, and/or Board of Directors as appropriate
Corporate Development & Key Strategic Relationships:
- Develop preliminary analyses and/or assess analysis from markets of strategic fit and opportunity.
- Participate in corporate development visits, discussions, and negotiations.
