What You'll Be Doing
* Interpreting scopes of work provided by consultants
* Preparing scope documentation as required
* Working closely with supervisors to meet budget expectations
* Building strong relationships with key insurance partners
* Liaising with clients, insurers and subcontractors
* Coordinating property access with insured parties
* Ensuring all OH&S, legislative and contractual requirements are met
* Managing documentation, inspections and compliance sign-offs
Who This Opportunity Suits This role is perfect for someone who has:
* A Building Trade background (carpentry highly regarded) or Construction qualification
* Experience in Estimating or Insurance Building — great but not essential
* Strong communication and customer-service ability
* Good computer literacy and attention to detail
