Responsibilities Include:
* Collaborate with Care Partners to ensure person-centred services are delivered
* Monitor social and wellness program expenditure and budget results
* Support staff delivering / assisting with social and wellness programs
* Monitor social and wellness program expenditure and budget results
* Empathy and understanding of issues for older people, their families, and carers
* A commitment to supporting older people to remain at home in the community
* Demonstrated ability to work in a holistic, person centred model of care
* Able to travel to venues for overseeing social outings / activities
* An SA Driver's License
* The following qualifications are highly regarded: Cert IV Leisure and Health, Diploma of Community Services, Diploma of Aging Studies and Services.
