About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager and Senior Business Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day team activities, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed performance measures, and providing technical guidance on policy implementation and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate team workflow to ensure priorities are managed and tasks are completed on time
* Plan and deliver small-scale projects within the team and contribute to larger branch initiatives
* Monitor and report on performance, identifying issues and implementing solutions to meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
* Ability to navigate sensitive and complex environments
* Ability to work within legislative, policy, and ethical frameworks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages build trust across diverse audiences
Selection Criteria
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
* Current Australian driver's license
* Certification in Stakeholder Engagement or equivalent experience
