About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead change delivery across strategic, continuous improvement and BAU projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in change delivery and a strong grasp of change methodology, strategy, planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change delivery across strategic, continuous improvement and BAU projects
* Provide change reporting support to the Change Board and Strategic Change Board
* Work closely with enterprise teams to embed change
* Develop change plans, comms, training, and workshops
* Build strong relationships to support adoption and reduce change fatigue
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a hands-on attitude and a knack for writing about change in a way that makes sense to everyone. You should have a solid understanding of change methodology and be able to craft clear, engaging change communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in change delivery
* Strong writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging change communications
* Solid grasp of change methodology, strategy, planning and reporting
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
* Formal change management training (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
