Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Service Operations Coordinator t o join our team to assist in the efficient operation of print services. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock movements are recorded correctly.
* Contact customers to request meter readings within required billing timeframes and enter them into the database accurately and consistently.
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to shortages, incorrect deliveries, damages, credits/returns, and warranty matters. 😊;
