About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Administration Coordinator to join our management team. This senior management role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective operation of our administration functions across the group and individual companies. Your primary focus will be to develop and oversee exceptional strategies and programs that align with the business's goals, supporting the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management company and individual business units.

· Advise the Managing Director and business unit managers on improving administrative strategies and procedures.

· Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of administrative policies and systems.

· Analyse current operational procedures and recommend innovative approaches for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

· Support the integration of best practices across all departments to ensure cohesive and streamlined operations.

· Offer expert opinions on strategic organization, operational viability, and future planning of administrative functions.

· Lead initiatives to optimize administrative workflows and ensure compliance with company standards.

· Manage the Group's bank accounts and approve all electronic payments daily, ensuring financial processes are accurate and secure.

· Oversee the management of creditors and debtors at head office level, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and effective collection of receivables across the group.

· Utilise advanced skills in Office Suite, especially Excel, to analyse data, prepare reports, manage financial records, and streamline administrative processes.

· Swiftly determine when and how to escalate unresolved or complex issues to ensure timely resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· Proven experience in senior administrative or management roles, preferably within a group or corporate environment.

· Minimum 3-5 years of senior administrative or management experience is required.

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of advising senior leadership.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective administrative strategies.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including data analysis, dashboards, and financial modelling.

· Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

· A proactive approach with a keen eye for operational improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

· Degree or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Significant experience in administrative management or consultancy roles.

· Familiarity with organizational development and strategic planning.

· Experience in managing creditors and debtors at a head office level, with a focus on maintaining healthy financial relationships across the group.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creditors and debtors management is required.
