Gineico Marine are importers and exclusive distributors of leading Italian marine brands including Quick MC2 Gyro Stabilization, Idromar Watermakers, Gianneschi Pumps, Nautinox, Foresti & Suardi hardware, Besenzoni and Vimar switches — products used on some of the world's most prestigious superyachts.
We also supply spare parts and accessories for luxury motor yachts such as Riviera, Maritimo, Sunseeker, Benetti, Azimut, San Lorenzo, Princess and Ferretti .

What You'll Love About Working With Us
* Full‑time hours (40 hrs/week )
* This is a fully in‑office role based in Coomera (not hybrid or remote)
* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (flexibility once fully trained)
* Work closely with premium Italian suppliers (approx. 30 manufacturers)

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who thrives in a coordinating role, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts under control. You'll be the link between sales, suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams — ensuring orders flow smoothly from placement to delivery.
You must have:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Experience with MYOB (preferred)
* Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred)
* Logistics background with understanding of:
– Freight weights & volumes
– Cost differences between freight methods
– International shipping timeframes (Italy)
– Air vs sea freight decision‑making
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Reliable vehicle
* Ability to manage high email volume
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Minimum of 1-2 years of logistics experience is required for this position
• Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
Key Responsibilities
* Place orders with domestic and international suppliers
* Enter and maintain orders in Zoho CRM
* Track order progress and follow up outstanding items
* Coordinate collections ex‑Italy, including consolidation
* Provide proactive updates to internal staff
* Enter confirmed orders into MYOB for warehouse receipting
* Review sales orders for accuracy before placement
* Identify and resolve discrepancies with sales staff
* Assess freight requirements and choose air vs sea
* Coordinate with Italian suppliers and freight companies
* Manage warranty, damage and returns processes
* Liaise with Accounts regarding supplier payments and timing
* Support Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams as needed
* Assist with phones, showroom enquiries and occasional warehouse tasks
* Support logistics for trade shows
* Contribute positively to a small, collaborative team environment
Bonus Points For
* Experience in the marine, lighting or design industry
* Previous experience coordinating international freight
* Familiarity with Italian suppliers or European logistics
