We're now looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of marketing and events across The Beach Hotel and The Watermark.
About The Role:
This role sits within the senior leadership team of both venues.
You will be responsible for:
* Building and executing the annual marketing plan
* Driving trade through campaigns, promotions and partnerships
* Managing social media and digital channels
* Planning and delivering private, corporate and in-house events
* Aligning local activity with group strategy
* Managing marketing budgets and tracking performance
This is a hands-on role. You'll move between content creation, campaign planning, event coordination and campaign reviews. You'll work closely with Venue Managers, suppliers and the broader group marketing team - supported by a design agency & in-house Digital Advertising Specialist.
What We're Looking For:
* A team player who loves to collaborate and loves the brands they represent.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
* Strong social media and content creation capability
* Confident with basic design tools and digital platforms
* High standards in customer experience
* Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage external agencies.
* Clear communicator who can align teams around a plan
