Lead technology solutions provider in midstream and downstream Oil & Gas Terminals, delivering standardised & bespoke automated skids, terminal automation solutions, and technology services to over 600 terminals worldwide.

We partner with oil companies in 23+ countries to move over 1+ billion liters of fuel per day, focusing on decarbonisation and digitalisation.

The Opportunity

Business Development Manager (Services) – high‐impact role that drives new service revenue growth and conversion of complex opportunities into long‐term value. Pathway to Sales Manager (Oceania) within 12–24 months based on performance.

About You

Commercially sharp hunter who can sell solution‐based bespoke, high‐value services in the Oil & Gas/fuel distribution market.

Must‐haves

* Proven track record in new business development (services and/or technology solutions).
* Strong relationship‐building skills to engage senior stakeholders.
* Confident negotiator able to close win–win deals without eroding margin.
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and follow‐through – owns the outcome.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well regarded

* Experience in industrial/asset‐intensive environments such as terminals, energy, resources, and utilities.
* A maintenance background in an oil or gas terminal environment highly regarded.
* Engineering background or strong technical aptitude.
* Experience selling service agreements, maintenance programmes, lifecycle services, or digital solutions.

What you'll be selling (services)

Service lines include digital services and products (Digital Twins, TIDE, and other digital offerings) and oil terminal engineering field services – mechanical, electrical, and controls, including full maintenance packages.

What you'll do (day‐to‐day)

* Hunt and win new business: build pipeline, prospect, qualify, and close service opportunities.
* Develop and execute a regional services growth plan aligned to annual targets.
* Identify and convert opportunities within major accounts (account development and expansion).
* Work with product owners and internal stakeholders to ensure the customer value proposition is clear and compelling.
* Prepare proposals/quotations, manage tender responses, and drive commercial outcomes.
* Negotiate and execute commercial contracts while protecting margin.
* Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and customer organisational changes.
* Maintain disciplined CRM/pipeline management and provide regular reporting on funnel health, forecast accuracy, and win/loss insights.
* Represent DKI professionally in customer meetings, presentations, and industry engagements.
