About the Role
As a Morning Shift Pick Packer, you'll play a key role in keeping Australia's supply chain moving. You'll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and packing stock using voice‐pick or pick‐to‐light systems
* Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems
* Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment
* Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
* Following all safety and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
* Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded
* Comfortable working with technology and automation systems
* Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
Shift Details – Morning Shift Only
* Days: Wednesday to Saturday roster
* Shift Time: Start early – finish before the afternoon!
* Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
* Commitment: Reliable attendance and consistent performance essential
