Accounting Operations Consultant
The Role Overview
This position involves providing technical accounting expertise, supporting and educating teams on financial governance policies, and being responsible for the ongoing review and maintenance of internal financial accounts and reconciliations.
* Deliver insightful accounting advice and support to the finance team and broader business.
* Manage and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
* Prepare and review key financial reports.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of processes, policies, and controls.
Key Requirements
* CA or CPA certification is required.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IFRS and key accounting principles is essential.
* At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting is preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
