SAP Consultant - Case Management
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra. Contract: 6‐month initial contract.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
Must hold an active AGSVA Clearance; NV1 Security Clearance preferred.
Our client is seeking an experienced Case Management Consultant to support the design, development and optimisation of case management capabilities across SAP.
Responsibilities
* Lead solution design and technical architecture activities for case management systems using SAP and complementary digital technologies.
* Analyse business requirements, workflows and operational processes to develop effective case management solutions.
* Design and integrate case management capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, workflow tools and external platforms.
* Develop technical specifications, architecture documents and design standards.
Skills / Experience
* Strong experience designing and delivering case management solutions within enterprise environments.
* Solid understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, workflow and integration capabilities.
* Demonstrated experience in business process modelling, workflow design and user‐focused solution development.
