FJ Tytherleigh Logistics is a growing logistics, storage and transport solutions provider. We specialise in efficient freight management, supply chain coordination, and tailored logistics services across Australia. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis in Canning Vale, WA.
The Role
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and supporting the administration of commercial contracts across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
* Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
* Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, procurement) to coordinate contractual requirements.
* Maintain accurate contract records and documentation systems.
* Assist in contract negotiations and contract variations.
* Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
* Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Support tender preparation and submission processes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.
* Prepare regular reports on contract performance and financial status.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or
* At least 3 years of relevant employment experience in contract administration or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial contract management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
* Familiarity with procurement processes and tender documentation.
