Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Medical Secretary/Receptionist. This role will provide warm, professional and efficient administrative support to our patients and healthcare staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical secretary role, with strong medical terminology and cardiology knowledge. They will be highly organised, able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to patients and healthcare staff
* Coordinate specialist's schedule, bookings and running clinics
* Provide PA service to specialists
* Issuing patient invoices and receipts, patient quotes, attending to account enquiries, billing Medicare, DVA and health funds
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical secretary role
* Strong medical terminology and cardiology knowledge
* Highly organised, able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
