About the Role
* Coordinate project tasks: scheduling, documentation, onboarding and invoicing
* Support project managers on delivery across multiple sectors
* Assist with resource mobilisation, reporting and light support tasks
* Manage travel, inductions, training and general office coordination
* Maintain project and operational records
* Work closely with delivery, support and engineering teams
You Will Bring
* Experience in admin, project coordination (highly desirable) or operations support
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Great communication and a proactive, can‐do attitude
* Comfortable using Excel and learning new systems (MS Project/NetSuite a bonus)
* Interest in building a career in project management
