What You'll Be Doing
* Building trust and asking the right questions using our 16-Step Sales Process
* Recommending solutions across cybersecurity, software, backup, device setups, accessories, repairs and training
* Helping customers understand the "why" behind what they came in for
* Growing your product and service knowledge across Apple, Samsung, Windows, networking and more
* Working as part of a results-driven team that values ownership and accountability
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicators who can build rapport fast
* Background in retail, hospitality, telco, gyms, or finance is great – but not required
* Sales-minded or sales-curious – you must be hungry to succeed
* Willingness to learn tech and services (data, security, software)
* Available for full-time work, including weekends.

Many of our current leaders started in sales roles. In the next 6–12 months, we'll be opening new stores and leadership opportunities including Store Manager and District Manager roles.
