This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and growth strategy to align with future business objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic and tactical thinking, agility, and a growth-focused mindset.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Managing key accounts and driving profitable new business development
* Developing and executing a sales and growth strategy
* Leading negotiations with customers and key stakeholders, including trading terms, tenders, and contracts
* Establishing clear routines to manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring accurate forecasting in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Allocating time effectively between strategic planning and tactical execution
* Overseeing entire Profit & Loss (P&L) management and key financial metrics for state sales operations
* Making data-driven strategic decisions that align with both short-term and long-term business goals
Key skills and qualifications required for this position include:
* FMCG experience is essential
* Account Management experience is a must
* Ideally, you have experience dealing with Wholesalers/Distributors and/or Independent MSO's
* People leadership is a plus but not essential
