Who We Are

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We're a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we're growing in the US, UK, Canada and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health and Monash Health.

The Role

As a Junior Media Buyer (Paid Social), you'll help scale Heidi's global reach by executing, monitoring and optimising paid social campaigns that introduce clinicians and healthcare leaders to Heidi.

You'll work within the Acquisition team, focusing on performance data, campaign optimisation and measurement. This is a role for someone who loves the numbers — tracking results, spotting trends and using data to drive decisions across multiple markets.

You'll partner closely with Heidi's Data Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, clean attribution and clear performance insights. Your day-to-day will revolve around campaign setup, data analysis, reporting and continuous optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms .

This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, analytical and eager to grow into a world-class performance marketer.

What you'll do

* Launch, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn across multiple markets

* Partner with the Data Analytics team to maintain accurate tracking, attribution and dashboards

* Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key trends and learnings

* Collaborate with the Paid Social Lead to identify new growth opportunities and audience insights

* Conduct deep dives into campaign data to understand what's working and what's not

* Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm shifts and paid media best practices

* Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend across campaigns and markets

* Contribute to A/B testing strategies, analysing the impact of ad formats, placements and landing pages

What we're looking for

* 1–2 years of experience in paid social campaign management (internship, agency or in‑house experience welcome)

* Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager

* Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and performance reporting

* Understanding of core paid metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and how to interpret them

* Experience collaborating with data or analytics teams on tracking, tagging and attribution

* A curiosity for learning how creative and audience strategies impact performance outcomes

* Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills

* (Bonus) Experience with third party ad upload tools i.e. Kitchn.io

* (Bonus) Experience with social media comment moderation

The Way We Work

1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients and our teams can trust what we build every day.

2. Own Your Practice

3. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

4. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support and shared growth keep our teams improving together.

Why you will flourish with us

* Flexible hybrid working environment, with 3 days in the office.

* Special corporate rates at Anytime Fitness in Melbourne, Sydney tbc.

* A generous personal development budget of $500 per annum

* Learn from some of the best engineers and creatives, joining a diverse team

* Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win

* The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of Australia's leading healthtech startups

* If you have an impact quickly, the opportunity to fast track your startup career

Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
