Store Manager - Remote Retail Leadership Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing store operations, including team leadership, inventory management, merchandising, cost control, and community initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing store teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Overseeing store operations, including inventory management and merchandising
* Coaching and mentoring duty managers and local staff to build their skills and performance
* Ensuring accurate financial management and compliance in-store
* Building relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-focused leadership roles
* Strong skills in retail systems, stock control, and team management
* A flexible and calm mindset, with a solutions-focused approach
* Ability to thrive in remote settings with a culturally respectful approach
* A valid manual driver's licence (or willingness to obtain)
