Your Role
As a Relationship Manager at Harmony Griffin, you will be the first point of contact for families, facilitating the Harmony experience through excellent communication and relationship-building. Your responsibilities include:
Building meaningful relationships tailored to each family's needs.
Supporting families from initial inquiry to enrolment and beyond.
Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to drive revenue growth.
The Centre
Harmony Griffin is located in a welcoming community within a growing suburb of Moreton Bay. It caters to up to 83 children and is near parks and family amenities.
About You
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, an optimistic attitude, and:
Confidence in engaging with children as capable learners.
Strong office organization and administrative skills.
Experience with Xplor is desirable.
Qualification in early childhood education.
