The Role : Ship Management Leader
You will oversee the Maintenance Management Services for assigned vessels, ensuring that all maintenance (preventative and corrective) and incorporation of engineering changes are completed safely within agreed schedules, costs, and Commonwealth technical requirements.
Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Formal qualification in Engineering, Project Management, suitable trade or engineering training and extensive industry experience in related fields
* Demonstrated safety leadership at complex industrial sites
* Some exposure to administration in engineering / manufacturing environments
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers
* Experience in managing production work packages
* Expertise in Ship Building / Ship Repair or similar heavy engineering industries and civil engineering fields
