**The Role**
We are seeking expression of interests for Retail Assistants to be based in our beautiful By Charlotte stores. This role will report to the Boutique Manager based at this particular location.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Offer the highest standard of service by following the By Charlotte selling expectations to deliver an educational, engaging and inspiring client experience
- Establish genuine and meaningful connections with the By Charlotte customer base to foster great sales and an increased customer lifetime value
- Foster a customer-first sales culture by prioritising service over tasking at all times
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge by consistently driving your own engagement and understanding of seasonal and core jewellery ranges in-store
- Understand layering, curation and complimentary jewellery styles and utilise this product knowledge to increase sales and KPI outcomes.
- Contribute to the operational success of the store by supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in operational tasks as required and directed
- Communicate effectively, honestly and professionally at all times
- Comply with By Charlotte Policies, Procedures and Communication expectations and always prioritise OH&S, flagging any safety risks with the Boutique Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
