Senior administration officer

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals Southern Division is looking for a new Senior Resource Administrator to join our team located in the Goldfields! This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday assisting our team with leadership administration tasks. You will oversee the accounting aspect of our branch, from invoicing to procurement and reporting on budgets and debtors. This role will be based in our Kalgoorlie branch, working from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Please be aware that this is not a FIFO opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the payroll of our Kalgoorlie branch employees
• Assisting our operations staff with the management of our accounts payable and receivable
• Managing the correct invoicing and procurement for the branch
• Upkeeping equipment use and maintenance registers
• Reporting on forecasts and budget details
• Delegating tasks within the Kalgoorlie and Perth based teams

What you'll bring

• Great written and spoken communication
• Minimum of 5 years experience in administration
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and delegate
• Established Microsoft excel skills
• Friendly Personality
• Team Focused Attitude
• Administration Background
• Previous experience in Accounting is preferred
